Website & service terms

Effective 6 September 2026. These terms describe use of the MMX Digital Operations website. An enquiry does not create a paid order or service agreement.

Products and ordering

Product pages describe the available resource categories and indicative market pricing. Before payment, MMX will confirm the product, final price, applicable taxes, payment method, licence and delivery arrangements in writing. This website does not currently process online payments.

Service scope

Custom kits, website projects and monthly services require an agreed written scope. That scope should cover deliverables, timeline, price, revisions, responsibilities, access, cancellation and handover. Third-party subscriptions and advertising spend are included only when explicitly stated.

Accurate use of resources

Adapt examples to your real business. Verify menu items, prices, opening hours and offer conditions before publishing. Obtain the rights to photographs, music, testimonials and other material you use. AI-generated drafts require human review.

Digital product licence

Unless the order specifies otherwise, the kit is licensed to the purchasing business for its own marketing. You may adapt its content for that business. Do not resell, redistribute, share the full source pack publicly or claim the original pack as your own product.

Results and availability

MMX does not guarantee revenue, rankings, customer counts, follower growth or advertising returns. Business outcomes depend on multiple factors. Website information may be updated as services develop; an agreed order scope governs that order.

Refunds and consumer rights

Read the digital product and refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional agreement or jurisdiction-specific terms will be provided before a paid engagement is accepted.
