MMX POLICIES
Privacy notice
How MMX handles website visits and contact enquiries.
Effective 6 September 2026. This notice describes the public MMX Digital Operations website at mmatrix.shop and enquiries sent to MMX.
Website visits
The website is served by a hosting provider, which may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. MMX has not enabled Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on this release.
The audit request builder
The audit form prepares a message in your browser. Its fields are not submitted to an MMX database and are not saved in browser storage. They remain on the page until you leave or reload it. Choosing WhatsApp or email passes the prepared details to that service. You must send the message there to submit the request.
Enquiries and replies
When you contact MMX, we receive the name, business information, contact details and message you send. We use them to respond, prepare an audit, discuss requested services and keep relevant business correspondence. Do not include passwords, payment card details or private customer records.
Other providers
WhatsApp, Meta platforms and your email provider process information under their own policies. Their services may store or process data outside your country. Links to those services leave this website.
Retention and your choices
You can ask MMX to correct or delete your enquiry information, or stop non-essential follow-up, at mmx.digital.ops@gmail.com. MMX will review the request and retain only information needed for ongoing requested work, records obligations or resolving disputes. No fixed automated deletion schedule is configured.
Marketing
An audit request is not consent to join a broadcast list. Marketing campaigns and optional tracking require a separate applicable permission or choice. This release does not place advertising cookies.
